Custom software

Software that takes the manual work out of the day.

When the work still lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and tools that do not talk to each other, we design and build the system that replaces it. Web apps, mobile apps, portals, automation, AI where it earns its place, and the links into software you already use.

Customers

Organisations already using software and sites we designed and built.

What we design and build

Custom software is scoped and priced for the work. It sits apart from a free marketing website. These are the kinds of systems we take on.

AI and automation

  • Assistants that answer the questions your team hears every day
  • Workflows that move a job along without someone chasing it
  • Reading documents and pulling out the details that matter
  • Forecasts and patterns from the records you already keep

Software built for you

  • Web applications the team logs into
  • Mobile apps for people out on the job
  • Customer portals and internal systems
  • A product of your own, when the software is what you sell

Data, cloud, and connections

  • Links to the systems you already use, including CRM, accounts, and other tools
  • Dashboards and reports the business can trust
  • Cloud hosting and databases
  • Replacing an old system the company has outgrown

Everyday business tools

  • Planning people, vehicles, rooms, or jobs
  • Workflow and project tools
  • Quotes and estimates
  • Automation for a task the team repeats

Who this is for

The same approach fits very different operations. We learn the process first, then design the software around it.

Professional services

Workflow, reporting, and internal tools for consultancies, recruiters, surveyors, and other firms that need a clearer view of the work.

Logistics and field teams

Scheduling, fleets, compliance, and jobs on the road. mileOS and 360 Rentals run this kind of operation every day.

Shops, hospitality, and appointments

Bookings, customer records, and a view across more than one location. Coles Hair Spa uses a booking system we built.

Trades and home services

Quotes, job tracking, and a clear way for customers to see where a project stands. Storm Solutions is one of the businesses we work with.

Education, care, and charities

Portals, enrolments, and reporting for organisations that look after a lot of people and a lot of information. SMK Gateway is one of the organisations we work with.

Startups and product companies

A first version you can put in front of customers, then a web app, a mobile app, or a platform that can grow with the company.

Government and public sector

Secure web applications, case handling, and reporting for teams that look after sensitive information and a high volume of people.

How a system gets made

From the first conversation to the version people rely on. The same team stays with it.

01

Understand the work

We map what happens today, where time is lost, and what a finished system has to do for the people using it.

02

Shape it on screen

You see the flow before it is built, and you tell us what to change while it is still easy to change.

03

Build it

We write the software, connect the other tools it needs, and keep you looking at a working version as it comes together.

04

Test it with the team

The people who will use it try the real jobs. We fix what gets in their way before it goes live.

05

Launch and stay with it

We put it into daily use, then keep improving it as the business changes. New features and connections can be added later.

Why businesses ask us

Built around your process

The software follows how the work actually happens, so the team is not forced into someone else’s template.

One team, start to finish

Discovery, design, build, and support stay with us. You are not passed between a sales call and a different company.

Room to grow

We design systems that can take more users, more locations, and more connections as the business gets busier.

Plain enough to use

The people doing the job should recognise the screen. We write it in the language of the work, not the language of the software.

Careful with the data

Customer records, staff details, and operational data stay on a private connection, with access limited to the people who need it.

A relationship that lasts

Many systems keep evolving after launch. We stay available for the next feature, the next report, and the next busy season.

Website, or software of your own

Choose a website if

  • Customers need to understand the company and get in touch
  • You want the site designed and built at no charge
  • You are happy with care from £40 a month, including the domain and hosting

See website design

Choose custom software if

  • The daily work still lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and phone calls
  • You need an app, a portal, automation, or a link between systems
  • You want something scoped and priced for your operation

Custom software is quoted on its own. It is separate from the free website.

Questions we hear first

Is custom software included in the £40 website plan?

No. The £40 plan looks after a standard business website, including the domain and hosting. Apps, portals, automation, bookings, shops, and other custom software are scoped and priced separately.

Do you only build mileOS and 360 Rentals?

No. mileOS and 360 Rentals are customers. We design and build software for other businesses too, from booking tools and internal systems to dashboards, automation, and mobile apps.

Can you connect software we already pay for?

Yes, when that system can be connected. We link CRMs, accounts tools, and other services so the team is not copying the same details from one place to another.

Do you only work in Milton Keynes?

We are based at Interchange Business Center in Newport Pagnell, near Milton Keynes. We work with businesses across the UK. Most of the project happens by email and a shared preview.

Tell us about the software

Describe the work that still happens by hand, and what a finished system should do for the team. A formal brief is not needed.

  • A standard business website is free to design and build
  • Care starts at £40 a month, including the domain and hosting
  • We reply by email. You are not added to a mailing list
